Extended cueing for barre form
We love holidays and theme classes!
Classes from around the country and the world with some of my colleagues.
(Plus the one Ballerobica class that I have recorded.)
Bare Barre classes are approximately 45 minutes long. No props except a barre (or equivalent) and a yoga mat (or soft spot on the floor). Barefoot, so you don't even need socks. Classic barre with the essence of Lotte Berk, foot work, pelvic floor work, balance, and stretching. Back to basics barre.
The best from all of our classes- a little original work, extra stretching, classic barre, with the use of props.
25-45 minutes of rebounding on a mini-trampoline, mixed with classic barre moves. Must have mini-trampoline with a handlebar which can be used for the barre.
JumpSport is highly recommended. Use code BARREONTHEGO at https://www.jumpsport.com/BARREONTHEGO for 10% off.
The OG! What came to be known as barre was created by Lotte Berk. She passed this on to her daughter Esther Fairfax, who passed it on to Kelly Wackerman at theLONDONmethod, who passed it on to Lara. Esther approved! No props, just a barre and soft spot on the floor.
Our precursor to Bare Barre. Classic barre with balance challenges and more time spent on stretching than the average barre class. No props, unless you would like to use a stretching strap. Barre or an equivalent and a yoga mat or soft spot on the floor are all you need.
Our signature class, and Cheshire, CT's first barre class, created in 2009 by Master Barre Instructor Lara Foldvari. Classic barre with moves from ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Utilize light weights and a squishy ball. Barre (or equivalent) and yoga mat (or soft spot on floor) also used.
